Powerverse are happy to provide a full refund if you change your mind before
installation. After installation, you have 14 days to return your product
subject to our Terms
and Conditions.
If for any reason we can't install your
charger once you've made payment, we will issue a full refund. If we discover
that your installation requirements fall outside of the definition of a standard
Installation and you don't want to pay the additional costs, we will also
refund
you in full (subject to our cancellation
terms).

Next steps
Before we can schedule your Powerverse Home EV Charger installation, we need you
to complete a Digital Home Assessment. This gives us the information we need to
make your installation as smooth as possible. We recommend using a smartphone to
complete the assessment as you will be asked to upload some images.
If you didn't complete the Digital Home Assessment after making payment, you can
return to it at any time at the following link. (If this link takes you back to
the payment complete page, you will need to click on the 'finish and submit'
button on that page to continue to the Digital Home Assessment.)

Once you've submitted your assessment, one of our trusted installation partners
will be in touch to schedule your installation. This should happen within a few
days, with installations normally taking place 3-6 weeks after being scheduled,
depending on our installers' availability in your area.
Your charger will be delivered directly to the installation address you
have
given us, and should arrive up to 7 days before your installation date. You
will
receive delivery updates via email from our courier service APC, and you will
be
able to manage your delivery by following the links in their
emails.
If your local Distribution Network Operator (DNO) needs to upgrade the supply to
your home, or your energy supplier needs to install an isolation switch at your
property, we are not able to install your charger until these works are
complete. These processes typically take 4-16 weeks, depending on DNO or energy
supplier engineers.
